To be eligible for judging, each team must submit the following:

🧠 1. Working AI Project

  • Build a fully functional project that solves a real-world problem using:
  • An AI or ML model (custom-built or integrated)
  • A dataset (public, synthetic, or self-collected)
  • A working user interface (web app, mobile app, or dashboard)
  • The solution must demonstrate a clear end-to-end flow — data input → AI processing → output visualization or result.
  • All code must be original and created during the hackathon period.

📦 2. Devpost Submission

Your submission on Devpost must include:

  • Project Title & Description:
    • Clearly describe what problem your project solves, how it uses AI, and who benefits.
  • Demo Video (≤ 3 minutes):
    • Show your project in action (interface + AI functionality).
    • Explain your model’s purpose, data used, and key results.
    • Upload to YouTube or Vimeo and include the public link.
  • Public GitHub Repository:
    • Must include source code, documentation, and an open-source license.
    • Provide setup instructions and dependencies for judges to test.
  • Working Demo / Deployed Link:
    • A live web app, hosted dashboard, or accessible testing environment.
    • If the app is private, include test credentials.
  • Documentation File (README):
    • Describe model design, dataset details, and system architecture.
    • Include clear installation and run steps.

🧩 3. Optional (but Encouraged)

    • Architecture Diagram or Flowchart: Visualize how your AI pipeline works.
    • Performance Metrics: Include evaluation results or benchmarks.
    • Ethics & Responsibility Note: Briefly explain how your AI handles bias, fairness, or privacy.

4. Eligibility Notes

    • Projects must be new and original for this hackathon.
    • Reusing old work, templates, or previously submitted ideas will disqualify the entry.
    • Team size: up to 4 members.
